Wheelchair Pedestrian Hit in El Cerrito on University Avenue -- Nov 14, 2017

For the second time in just a few weeks, a person in a wheelchair was hit by a car in El Cerrito. It was at the 5800 block of University Avenue. San Diego firefighters responded to the scene. The driver ran from the scene. The person in the wheelchair was transported to an area hospital. There is no word to their condition.
