Two Children Narrowly Escape as Car Slams Into San Leandro Home — Nov 9, 2017

A car slammed into a San Leandro home early this morning and barely missed hitting two children sleeping inside. The driver of the car was not hurt.There were also four other people in the home who did not receive injury. The crash occurred on the 14900 block of Patton Avenue at approximately 2 a.m. There are no indicators of what led to the crash. Police do not believe drugs or alcohol played a part in the crash and cite wet roads and rainy weather as a possibility.
