Two Arrested After Solo Car Crash — July 29, 2017

An early morning solo crash in Santa Rosa ended with the arrests of Jeffrey Chan of Santa Rosa, 31-years-old, and James Frank Pineda Jr. of Ukiah, 45-years-old on suspicion of DUI and suspicion of obstructing an officer and public intoxication. The accident occurred at approximately 2 a.m. at the 1900 block of Santa Rosa Avenue. Officers located a four-door, black Subaru sedan flipped upside-down on the east sidewalk of the Santa Rosa Avenue. Pineda was the driver. He suffered minor injury. Chan was not injured.
