Twins Found Guilty in Double Fatal Sacramento Accident — Dec 14, 2016

Twin brothers are facing life sentences for a fatal accident that happened when they were evading arrest in 2014. The trial, which lasted months, ended with jurors convicting Roman and Ruslan Glukhoy of murder. The death penalty had been on the table or at least brought up. From the onset, authorities were confused about which twin was driving when the accident occurred. The two had been robbing homes with a third man when they were spotted by authorities and ran. They had stolen a vehicle and were running from police when they hit another man and his 14-year-old daughter. They both died in the accident. They are convicted they will be sentenced on January 20th.
