Twenty-Seven Year Old Woman Killed and Father/Son Injured After Two Cars Crash on Porter Creek Road

Twenty seven year old Julie Floyd was killed in a fatal car crash in unincorporated Sonoma County. Reports began coming in at approximately 8:27 a.m. near the 4000 block of Porter Creek Road. She died on crash site. Investigators say evidence shows that she was eastbound when she lost control in a curve. She veered into oncoming traffic and overcorrected to get out of their path. She hit a guardrail and flipped, landing on her side. The people in the oncoming car were father, 27 and son, 9, who also crashed were taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
