Twenty-One-Year-Old Man Killed on Highway 101, September 18, 2016

California Highway Patrol reported a fatal crash on Sunday involving a 21-year-old man. Apparently the mean missed the curve on the off ramp from Highway 101 north of Blossom Hill. He left the roadway and struck a tree, dying instantly. The accident occurred at approximately 4:20 am. The identity of the man is being withheld pending notification of kin. Investigators are still trying to determine if drugs or alcohol were a factor.
