Three Injured Including Deputy in San Gabriel 3-Car Crash — August 8, 2017

A Wednesday night crash in San Gabriel involving three cars injured three people, including a sheriff’s deputy who received serious injury. The scene began at approximately 8:30 p.m. at the Lake Knoll Drive and San Gabriel Boulevard intersection. The female deputy was on patrol when she was flagged down. When she stopped on San Gabriel Boulevard, a Honda stopped behind her patrol car. A Cadillac racing down the street over speed slammed into the back of the Honda which then hit the patrol car. The deputy and both the driver and passenger were taken to area hospitals for treatment. No one was arrested.
