Three Found Dead in Auto Accident on Highway 101 in San Jose, Sunday, February 1, 2015

auto accident Highway 101, San Jose, CA- Arriving officers discovered a red four door 2005 Infiniti sedan completely consumed in fire.San Jose fire fighters extinguished the blaze, were on the scene before the CHP and discovered that the three individuals inside had died. Based on a preliminary investigation, it seems where the vehicle left the roadway, it was going south on Highway 101. The left front of the vehicle hit a tree and rotated clockwise.The sedan caught on fire and subsequently went into an embankment near Highway 101.If alcohol was a determinant in the crash, investigators haven't determined, CHP officials said.A 34-year old guy and 31-year old girl, both were inside the vehicle.CHP officials didn't have info on the other man's age or city of residence although he was also in the automobile.The deceased' names have yet to be released until their kin are notified and they have been throughly identified, CHP officials said.
