SUV Drops Down I-805 Embankment — June 19, 2017

Early Sunday morning an SUV driven by a woman shot down an embankment off Interstate 805. The accident occurred at approximately 8 a.m. It was on the southbound side between Murray Ridge Road and Mesa College Drive, close to the Interstate 8 connector. The driver was the only occupant of the car and she was taken to the hospital after fire crews rescued her from her car, which had flipped on its side 40 feet down the embankment.
