Single Vehicle Crash Kills Three Off U.S. 50

Jessica Downey, 32 Joanna Piccoli and David Dean III, 34 were all three killed in late August of 2015. Only one vehicle was involved but this car accident left three of its four passengers dead. The vehicle careened off the roadway and down a steep grade where they struck a tree. The roof of the car was ripped off and three passengers, not wearing seat belts were ejected and died. The only passenger to survive was wearing a seat belt. Piccoli was the only California resident. The other passengers were visitors from Indianapolis.
