Single-Car Crash on I880 signals Traffic Alert — Sep 6, 2017

A severe traffic sig alert was issued after a single car wreck on I880 Thursday. It was approximately 5:20 a.m. when the accident began in the southbound lanes south of Tennyson Road at the exit. A four-door vehicle was on its side when officers arrived. A considerable amount of oil had also leaked into the road. There were no major injuries. The wreckage blocked the two far left lanes. Traffic of the morning commute was expected to remain slow through the area.
