San Ramon Crash on I-880 Kills Motorcyclist — June 07, 2017

33-year-old Matthew Newman of San Ramon died after hitting two separate vans on the road. He had been driving north on Highway 880 close to Davis Street at approximately 4:05 p.m. when he hit the sides of both a Volkswagen van and a Ford van. He was pronounced dead at the scene. No one in either van was injured. Traffic was closed for two hours following the accident.
