San Jose Man Identified as Victim in Fremont Crash- August 29, 2016

Sixty-four-year-old Bruce Applegate was pronounced dead at the scene of an accident he was involved in Sunday morning at approximately 6 a.m. He was travelling northbound on I680, near the Washington Boulevard on-ramp when the accident occurred. So far, no other information has been released. Authorities closed all lanes of I680 north and declared a Sig-alert. Lanes did not reopen until 9:24 a.m.
