Pedestrian Seriously Injured in San Francisco Crash — Sep 12, 2017

A drunk driver seriously injured a pedestrian in San Francisco Sunday. Forty-nine-year-old Timothy Staubits of San Francisco struck a pedestrian with his car at approximately 2:17 a.m. Sunday as he drove on El Camino Real northbound. The accident occurred between South Spruce Avenue and Noor Avenue. The victim has not yet been identified. He was in the Number 2 lane and is expected to survive. The driver sped off but returned a short time later to be arrested for DUI.
