Pedestrian Killed on Highway 101 in San Jose — Oct 2, 2016

A 42-year-old San Jose man was killed Saturday morning at approximately 1:35 a.m. as he walked along Highway 101 northbound near Tully Road. The driver, a 33-year-old man from San Jose cooperated with authorities and stayed on the scene. The victim’s identity has not been released. Drugs nor alcohol appear to have played a part in the accident.
