Pedestrian Hit and Killed by Sacramento Driver — Nov 6, 2017

A woman crossing a Sacramento intersection was hit and killed Monday, according to police. The incident occurred at approximately 5:40 p.m. It was at the intersection of Glen Ellen Circle and 24th Street. The victim was dead at the scene. The driver of the car was cooperative with police and stayed on the scene. The area was closed to further traffic as investigators looked into the crash scene.
