One Fatality in Creek Crash — Jan 9, 2017

Twenty-year-old Jose Hernandez died on January 9 when his car crashed into a Marin County creek. According to authorities, Hernandez lost control when first attempting the curve and crashed into a concrete pillar before falling down an embankment and into a creek. Police believe the fact that his car had three bald tires may have contributed to the accident. The wreck was not discovered until Monday morning. It was in the Hicks Valley area.
