North Highlands Man Arrested After Crashing Into Two Cars- August 10, 2016

A man was arrested in North Highlands yesterday for an accident wherein he hit two other vehicles and caused the entire road to be shut down. At approximately 1:45 in the afternoon on Tuesday August 9th, close to the Hillside Boulevard and Frizzell Avenue area, officers reported seeing an erratically behaving vehicle. The driver was gone before officers were able to pursue him. A short time late the deputy observed the same car near the same location where it had collided into two other vehicles. A passenger from one of the cars that were struck and the driver of the erratic car were transported to the hospital with minor injuries. Officers revealed that the car driven by the suspect was stolen. No other information is available at this time. Investigations are underway.
