NorCal Tour Bus Accident Kills 1 Person and Injures 12 Others on Sunday, November 23, 2014

A tour bus going from LA crashed in Northern California Sunday morning, killing a 33-year old guy and injuring dozens more. Paramedics arrived to discover the bus upside down with bloody luggage and debris everywhere. Twenty-six others in the bus were taken to hospitals.

The driver was identified by the California Highway Patrol. His name has not yet yet been given because his family haven't been notified of his passing. An organization operates the bus called Yellow Arrow Lines, which is located in Othello, Washington.

California Highway Patrol is researching the crash's cause. Currently, most of the victims are seeking legal representation.
