Motorcyclist Killed in Wreck Was in Construction Zone — Jun 16, 2017

A motorcyclist from Five Points, 24-years-old, died near Huron on Highway 198 when he crashed into a tractor trailer. It was shortly before 7:30 a.m. when he rode his 2005 Honda eastbound on 198 near the Aquaduct in a construction zone. A flatbed truck driver was backing a trailer across the highway when the motorcyclist crashed into the truck and died instantly. Alcohol nor drugs are thought to be a problem. Names have not been release pending familial notification.
