Motorcyclist Critically Injured in Vacaville Crash — August 17, 2017

A crash yesterday afternoon left a motorcyclist severely injured in Vacaville. It happened near Davis Street on Bella Vista Road close to 5 p.m. The motorcyclist was a 60-year-old Vacaville man. He was taken to an area hospital for treatment immediately after he was hit by a four-door compact car. Investigations are still underway to determine if alcohol was involved. Bella Vista Road was closed for three hours while investigations took place.
