Monterey County Crash Kills One Near National Park — Oct 7, 2016

Rose Marie Sanchez, a 36-year-old resident of Soledad, was killed in a Monterey County accident near Soledad. It was near Pinnacles National Park at approximately 4:40 p.m. when she drove off the edge of the road. She had overcorrected her 2004 Chevrolet Impala, went up a dirt hill, rolled over to its side and struck a tree, eventually landing on its wheels. She was ejected from the car and pronounced dead at the scene.
