Mission District DUI Causes Serious Injury, September 10, 2016

According to police reports, the Mission District of San Francisco was the scene of a DUI with serious injury to a 62-year-old-woman. At approximately 3 p.m. near Mission and 15th streets, an SUV crashed into six parked cars and rolled over. The woman was injured as she was entering her parked car. The SUV hit her and she was thrown several feet into the air. She was immediately take to an area hospital with traumatic brain injury. The driver of the SUV was a 51-year-old man whose name has yet to be released.
