Minivan Sought in Fatal San Jose Hit and Run — Sep 21, 2017

In this 33rd traffic-related fatality of the year, police are searching for the driver of a minivan who hit and killed a pedestrian Wednesday at approximately 10:31 p.m. The male pedestrian had been crossing Ocala Avenue close to Bermuda Way when the 2001-2007 Dodge Caravan or Chrysler Town & Country minivan hit him. He was taken to the hospital and pronounced dead. His identity has not yet been released.
