Man Dies in San Joaquin Hit-And-Run — August 17, 2017

A man was killed in a crash that happened Wednesday night in the San Joaquin county area. The CHP responded to a call north of Kasson Roan, along Airport Way, and arrived to the scene to find a man who had been struck by a car. The 54-year-old man was declared dead at the site. The driver fled the scene and there is no information regarding the vehicle he was driving. Further information is pending investigation.
