Kings County Accident Kills Two — Mar 28, 2017

On Highway 43 and Idaho Avenue near 8:30 p.m. close to Hanford on 3.28.17, an SUV was traveling on State Route 43 northbound when another vehicle, a white pick-up truck, failed to yield a stop sign while coming eastbound on Idaho. The two vehicles smashed into each other. The driver of the SUV and one of its occupants were killed. The victims were an adult male and a male teen. The driver of the white pick-up was taken to the hospital for observation as is suspected of driving under the influence of alcohol. No further information has been released pending further investigation.
