Hit-and-Run in Modesto Kills Pedestrian -- Jan 11, 2018

A call was made to 911 reporting that a man was apparently asleep on Tully Road. Police arrived to find the man had sustained heavy injuries and was unresponsive. They pronounced him dead on the spot. The victim, around 60 to 70 years of age, was walking alongside Tully road when he was struck by a black Honda Civic. His identity remains unknown.
