Highway 29 Closes After Four Car Crash

A Napa County woman was injured along with her two children in a four-car accident on Highway 29 at the Highway 221 junction. The entire four-car pileup started when 46-year-old Joseph Burek of Woodland, drove his 2004 Ford F-150 pickup truck hit the rear end of the 2003 Chevrolet Suburban SUV. The Suburban was shoved onto its left side and struck the 2013 Hyundai Sonata sedan which then struck the 2007 GMC Sierra 2500 pickup.  The mother involved was Lisa Marie Johnson, 41 years old. She and her two children were in the Suburban. All three were hospitalized with minor injuries. The drivers of the GMC and Hyundai, and Burek, were uninjured. A portion of the highway was closed after the wreck.
