Highway 13 Victim Identified, September 27, 2016

Last week’s fatal solo crash victim on Highway 13 has been identified as 43-year-old, Terence Franks. He was driving a Hyundai Accent southbound between I580 and Redwood Road when he swerved and hit a tree. Authorities had to extricate him from the car but he was pronounced dead on the scene. Witness statements and further investigations are underway to determine why he left the roadway.
