Fourteen People Injured in Antioch Highway 4 Crash — Apr 2, 2017

A child and three others were critically injured in a chain reaction collision in Antioch on Highway 4 yesterday. Fourteen people in total were injured in the crash that closed all westbound lanes for over an hour Saturday. At approximately 6:18 p.m. near a street on the westbound lane, slightly east of the on-ramp on Lone Tree, officers arrived to find people and vehicles scattered all over the Interstate. Ten people were transported to the hospital with critical injuries. The cause of the accident is still under investigation.
