DUI Crash Kills Expecting Father in Anaheim — July 31, 2017

A teen was arrested for a crash that caused a man expecting to be a father to die. The victim was about to meet his pregnant wife when the vehicle he was driving was struck by a Nissan, causing the 34 year-old man to immediately die.

It is believed that 18-year-old Jorge Esteban Lunas Martinez was driving under the influence when the accident occurred and he now faces charges of manslaughter, DUI and others. Police also have reasons to suspect Martinez was taking part in a street race, but the investigation is still ongoing.
