Driver Arrested in Crash That Killed Jogger — August 10, 2017

A jogger, Xiuwei Liu on a sidewalk in Candlestick Point in San Francisco was killed by a man who struck her with his car on August 1rst near Harney Way and Executive Park Boulevard. The driver, 21-year-old Devon Radel, was just in a heated argument when he sped off and hit the woman. He stayed on the scene and was transported to a hospital for his injuries. Officers arrested Radel on August 3rd for suspicion of vehicular manslaughter with gross negligence and reckless driving. The case is still under investigation.
