Clovis Car Wreck Kills One — Nov 18, 2016

A man from Sanger, 51-years-old, was killed last Thursday in a Clovis accident. The 2011 Nissan he was driving pummeled through a pair of barbed wire fences before flipping several times in a field north of Academy Avenue intersection. The victim has been identified as Daniel Zabalza. Investigations point to a pre-existing medical condition that could be the cause of the accident. While alive when emergency crews arrived, he died shortly after the impact.
