Car vs Bull Accident Ends in Fatality- August 8, 2016

A driver left the scene after being involved in a crash with a bull on Friday on Highway 101. There were four reported occupants in the 1998 Honda Civic that was travelling south just north of the off ramp at Redcrest. It was there that the car struck the bull that was standing in the roadway. The car came to a stop and the driver absconded. The passenger sitting in the front of the car was killed and pronounced dead on the scene after suffering fatal injuries. Next of kin have yet to be notified and the driver is still unknown. California Highway Patrol is investigating the accident.
