Car Hits Child in Carriage in Sacramento

At approximately 11 a.m. on October 30, 2015, a woman was pushing her baby in a carriage near the corner of Parker and Euclid avenues when a car ran into the carriage. The driver remained on the scene. The mother, from the Laurel Heights neighborhood, had no injuries. The two year old girl had critical injuries to her head and face but was expected to survive.
