A San Francisco Man Killed in Orinda Single Car Crash

A San Francisco man, 36 years old, Andrew Tanner, drifted into a center divider shortly before a.m. His 2004 Lexus was then shot up an embankment and into the air. It smashed into a tree and ejected driver, Andrew Tanner, according to the California Highway Patrol. Emergency personnel found him partially
pinned under the car but he died due to extensive injuries.
