17-year-old Driver Killed in San Jose High Speed Case — Nov 8, 2017

A teenage boy and girl were involved in a high-speed collision at 6:48 p.m. Tuesday. The male driver was killed. The female passenger was taken to an area hospital with severe injuries. The two had crashed into a tree in East San Jose on South White Road, close to Norwood Avenue. According to witnesses, they had been speeding when they clipped the back end of another car. The impact sent them skidding off road into a tree. It is San Jose’s 41rst traffic accident this year.
