Gabriel Goszulak, a 16 year old student in Angels Camp, was a passenger in the vehicle and its one fatality. For unknown reasons, the driver, 16 year old Austin Williford lost control of the minivan the boys were in. The teens were all wearing their seatbelts and no drugs or alcohol is thought to be involved.
