What Makes A Winning Case

I am often asked what makes a winning case. There are three elements to every successful personal injury case or medical malpractice case that we take:

1. You must be severely injured.
   This may mean a brain injury, paralysis, amputation, surgery, an injury that will in the future require back or neck surgery, a broken bone or a similar serious injury. Our focus is on major injuries and catastrophic cases. We don’t take minor cases.
2. It must be at least 50 percent someone else’s fault.
   It may be the other driver who is at fault. It may be the doctor or the hospital that is at fault. If you don’t know who is at fault we can do a free investigation and find out.
3. There must be insurance to pay you for your injury.
   There are many ways to for us to find insurance when you are hurt. Usually the other driver has insurance. Doctors and hospitals have insurance. My goal is to find enough insurance so that you are fully and fairly compensated for all you have been through.

What Can You Win For Me?

Many people want to know what I can win for them after they have been badly injured in an accident. Here are some of those things:
